Blood Tonic is a Chinese herbal blend designed to support fatigue, bloating, period issues, dizziness, sugar cravings, and mood imbalance. Crafted by a licensed Chinese medicine healer, this formula nourishes blood, boosts energy, and promotes hormonal balance. A natural solution to common anemia symptoms—restore vitality and feel like yourself again.

Here is our recommended dosage:

• Dosage: 4 grams (level 3 spoonfuls*) daily.
  *spoon provided with bottle

• How: Mix with 1/2 cup hot water and drink 30 mins after breakfast.

• Duration: One bottle (100g) lasts ~ approx 22 days.

• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.

• Time: Take at a different time than prescribed medication. Pause other herbal supplements (you can continue to take vitamins, fish oil, etc).
